    Hello,

I have already completed a degree in English Literature which i recieved a loan for and have not yet started to pay back.

I am not wanting to apply for medicine as a postgraduate and wondered if I would be able to apply for a loan to cover the tuition?
I know this used to be covered by an NHS grant but has recently been changed...

I would love to study medicine but cannot afford to fund myself and hope to be able to recieve a loan for the extened education required for this vocation.

Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there.

Specific details of funding for NHS courses have not yet been released for the next academic year.

Currently it's looking likely that Student Finance will take the place of the primary source of funding for these courses, and you will still be able to receive funding, but it's not yet been 100% confirmed.

Full details are likely to be released around the beginning of 2017.

    Thanks
