I signed on today and I'm just wondering when I start my log online do I have too put the employers details? Example, their email? Do they ring the place you've applied for too find out if you've actually applied? As some jobs that aren't my caliber or my skill i would write on the log saying I've applied but had no response or something? I'm so content on finding a job and I will be looking don't get me wrong. But do they ring the companies you've applied for?

If they suspect that you are not 'actively seeking' work then they will ring companies to verify whether or not you've actually applied to them. And if they discover (as they will) that you've been deceitful on your work activity log they'll sanction your benefits. As for 'some jobs aren't my caliber (sic)' surely any job is better than handouts from the taxpayer?
Which party will you be voting for in the General Election 2017?
