Probably been threads about this before but what shoes do you guys (who lift) use to Squat in?

I'm primarily focusing on squat here but i mean other compund lifts would also benefit from better shoes.

Need to get me some i think but i don't want to buy rubbish.

Any suggestions would be great, cheers

Well i only have football trainers, with little soft plastic studs for indoor use.

Don't have a not that worn pair of Nike's that aren't one my good pairs.

    I'm in two minds here...

Old style strength shop ones, like the coyotes but with only one velcro. Partly because it adds to my walking strength shop advert look and partly cause I used to have awful ankle mobility and they are 1.25 inch heel which was the biggest I could find. Thought most lifts I do in cheap converse copies
