    Hello,

Bit confused about the new masters loans.

I'm British, 28. I have been living in Spain for the last 5 years. I'd like to return to the UK to study and work. It's a little unclear as to whether I'd be eligible for the loan. It says you're not eligible if you're returning just to study but what if I'm returning to study and continue living in the UK?

Any help would be much appreciated!

(Can't edit the spelling mistake in the title! Sorry!)

    Hi there.

Where were you originally living in the UK?

    Thanks.

    Hey,

I lived with my Mum in a small town near Brighton!

    Hi again,

In this case you can apply but will be asked to show that you still maintained links to the UK, rather than just coming back to study.

Evidence can be UK bank statements showing activity within the 3 year period before your course.

    Thanks.
