How many moles of Calcium hydroxide are there?
How many moles of Nitric Acid are needed to match this?
Divide by volume to get concentration.

I'm up to that but what number do I need to divide it by?

    x
No. Thats the product of the volumes.

    Mol (Ca(OH)2) = 19.8/1000*0.012
    Mol (HNO3) = 2* Mol(Ca(OH)2)
    Concentration (HNO3) = Mol (HNO3) / 0.025

I got 0.019008. Did you double the moles of Ca(OH)2?
