Do you know how to calculate the electric force acting on one that results from the electric field created by another charge? If so, do it three times (one for the field created by 2q, one for 3q and one for 4q). Then you have three forces acting on the charge, and you know the angles, so you can work out the resultant electric force vector.

The key idea is that the fields created by charges 2q, 3q and 4q combine additively to produce a total electric field as seen by the charge q.
