I'm in Year 11 right now and lately I've been thinking about A levels. I'm interested in English lang/lit ,RE,Sociology,Psychology and Law. Any advice?

I had the exact same problem. A good way to start is by looking at university courses. Try and find courses that interest you then have a look at their entry requirements. Then ask yourself whether or not you see yourself doing those subjects at A Level.
Working backwards like that may seem strange at first but it works for some people.

History, English Literature, RE/Economics and Maths is what I would take for Law. Maths, Biology, Psychology and an essay subject is what I would personally take for Psychology. I can only offer my own opinion but choose what fits you, it is always better to take a subject you like at A level than one you are taking just to suit criteria.
