It'd be impossible for me to narrow it down to a single favorite song, but here are some of my favorites. Many of them come from me being nostalgic about learning to play the basslines to them. For the list I've ignored any songs I've heard in video games, movies or tv shows as that would make it too long.
The smiths
Hand in glove - fantastic bass line, the song "feels" good and I listened to it a lot when I thought I wouldn't see a certain person ever again.
Barbarism begins at home - again fantastic bass line.
Heaven knows I'm miserable now - a brilliant song, I like how morrisey can say things like " why do I smile at people I'd much rather kick in the eye" yet make it sound peaceful
Bigmouth strikes again - The first smiths song I ever heard it seemed nice the way morrisey can just sing about smashing every tooth in someones head and making it sound nice. And it's brilliant how he can fill the song in with oohs and ahhs and make it works brilliantly.
RHCP
Californication - Probably just remembering coming home everyday during college break and playing this on bass guitar.
This is the place - The vocals are very nice to listen to.
By the way - Very nice vocals and bassline
Aeroplane - amazing bassline
Echo and the Bunnymen
The cutter
bedbugs and ballyhoo
The Beatles
Here comes the sun - The only reason I listen to all of the other songs listed is because of this song.
Northern portrait
New favorite moment - You get a sense of Johnny Marr in this song.

Can't narrow it down to just one. Champagne supernova by Oasis is definitely up there, along with why does it always rain on me by Travis.
Champagne supernova is just a great song, and I found it (and overplayed it) in my first year of university when I was looking up old music from my childhood. The Travis one I rediscovered after hearing it on the radio one day a few years ago and recognising bits of it from when I was 3 or 4.
Quite a few other songs I really like are ones that bring up feelings of nostalgia. e.g. escape by Enrique Iglesias, yellow by Coldplay. Bruce Springsteen's Born in the USA album is up there as well - I used to go lots of places with my dad when I was a kid and he often played that sort of stuff in the car, so listening to it takes me back to that time.
More recently, I quite like a few Kodaline songs, like better, coming alive, and brand new day. There are others too, like gale song by the Lumineers.

I quite like Bollywood music despite not being able to understand it. Same with Latino gangsta rap. Just sounds good.
