I had taken 4 A levels for my year 12 and this summer i found out that i failed 1.
My question is since universities only ask for three subjects, would they consider the one i failed into their selection process or will they only look for my A2 predicted on the remaining 3?

You will have to declare all of them, so they may consider it. However, it could look better than someone who has done just 3, it all depends on the subject and university you want to study at.
