My question is what are the two values of x in this question: x(squared)+3x+3=0

i got x=-1.5+ or - squared root -0.75. but it said error syntax when i tried finding the values of x so i removed the minus from -0.75 so i got x=-0.6339 and x= -2.366. Is this correct?

The discriminant b^2-4ac is <0 so there are no real solutions to the equation.

Yes, it's correct, the 0.75 should be positive; for now, you can't take the square root of a negative number.
