I've got B P Collins' assessment day coming up a week on Monday and was wondering if anyone had previous experience of the day, and what will occur.
I'm particularly interested to hear what the group exercise is likely to involve and how the Partner interview is likely to differ from the HR interview at the second stage of the whole process.
I know a lot of firms use the HR interview as a way of sifting applicants out. With that in mind is there likely to be significant overlap between what was asked in the HR interview and what will be asked in the Partner interview, or do they have entirely different focuses?
