Maybe speak to your GP and get a physio referral? When I injured my back, my physio gave me exercises to help my posture which had worsened due to pain in my shoulders and back. My physio also helped remove the tension in my shoulders which in turn made it more comfortable for me to stand/sit correctly.

Have a look into the Alexander Technique.

Is the Alexander thing where you relax your body one bit at a time? I use that during self-hypnosis. It's nice.
