No. I'd find it really sweet and romantic.

cook a really nice meal for her, write a love letter, take her out and make her feel special. Im sure if she loves you like you love her she will have already forgiven you,
Diamonds tend to work

Seriously though, I second the idea of treating her to a nice evening, taking her out to an elegant (not expensive, but you know, not KFC) restaurant, and just gereally being nice. I'd nix the flowers.. As a gesture they're nice, but as a "sorry" they can be a little "You bought me a bunch of crappy flowers and you expect it to be okay?!)

Good luck, hope you patch things up!

Flowers are so cliche.
You can get her flowers, chocolates, and writes loads of love poems. Or you could go by her house at 2 in the morning blasting "Hit Me Baby One More Time" right by her mirror and sing along.

OR:

Do you know her family or friends? Try and convince one of her siblings/friends to get on your side. It could work that way you have someone else who is on your side.

so if i go and buy her flowers tomorrow, i wont get a slap will i?
ive been uspet recently and when i got home from work the other night i walked into my room and found the biggest gift box Lush do waiting for me on my bed. My boyfriend he just wanted to make me smile. Even tho he once said he would never spend so much money on soap haha

That was sweet.
