Correct me if im wrong but i think its only the AS levels that you dont take into the second year which add on to your UCAS point score, a long with your full a levels.

:dito: and I think that the points from your AS qualifications are only half of what they are at a full A-level, i.e. a D at AS is only worth 30 UCAS points, whereas a D at A2 is worth 60 UCAS points. (I think anyway )

Yep thats sort of right since you no longer hold AS qualifications when they are converted to A2 - you have the full A level instead.

That offer sounds like they are only looking for A2 qualifications for the points.

AS-levels count when they are cashed in and not declined. So if you drop the AS, you get that AS's UCAS points. But when carried onto A2, you get the UCAS points of the full A-level.

a AS is half a A2 qualification, so what u get at AS, is added onto your A2 results, so i believe that you are already in uni, with your AS results!

Those AS results must be good - 4 B's or something around there?

Maybe you should type or copy the exact text of the offer?
