    What's your favourite filling?
Cheese, preferably a strong chedder, nothing blue or mouldy or smelly, that's not cheese it's crap.
Followed by ham, smoked and sliced thin.
Turkey is good if available, as is chicken, or beef, these should not be sliced thin, texture is everything with these three.
Sausagemeat stuffing, as with turkey this is usually only found in the fridge after Christmas.

Put em together in a stottie or submarine roll and you have got a fantastic sandwich.

Chicken, bacon, avacado, tomato, rocket, chillis, mayonaisse, a slice of mature cheddar, gherkins, all in between two slices of white toast with another slice in the middle to help it keep its shape.

Triple bread layers? You sir are living on the edge.

As a late addition to my aforementioned delicious sandwich, you could always add a spot of gravy to moisten the meat, only advisable with a good study bread bun though.

Methinks you have perhaps mistaken gravy, which tastes like meat, with crap, which tastes like crap. Whilst not a common error, I would imagine that, if made, it would put you off gravy somewhat.

Coronation chicken is nasty! I got a coronation chicken sandwich thing from selfridges the other day and it made me feel sick
