Confidence Issues

    • Thread Starter

    Hi there,
I'm just looking for a little bit of advice from both girls and boys on how to overcome my fear with approaching girls in any situation.

Going to an all-boys school has made it quite tough on me when trying to talk and approach girls. I'm 17 and in so many occasions a girl has been interested in me but i haven't had the confidence to approach her.

Any advice would be wonderful to me.

    Thanks Guys..

I also went to an all boys school. It's definitely not easy going up to a girl when all you see are guys....

If you fear rejection, understand that rejection happens to almost everyone. You won't be the only person to be turned down and if she does, then so what? She's just saying no, then you can move on and find another girl to talk to. If she blocks you or calls you names, then she was never worth being with anyway.

If you're insecure about the way you look, you can do things to improve your self confidence. You could style up your hair, wear a nice cologne, buy a new outfit or a pair of shoes, basically something that you'll be comfortable in. You could also go to the gym and build some muscle too, that helps with confidence
