So I've decided to buy a guitar and I've looked at a few guitars online but what features do I really look at e.g. Model, shape etc. If you could suggest any beginners guitar that would be lovely. Thanks!!

    Acoustic guitar
For beginner any epiphone guitar should be good. Look for one with a small body.

Yamaha make decent enough starter acoustic guitars

It does depend on your budget though, as if you can stretch to about £300-£400 then I'd highly recommend Tanglewood guitars.
