Making decisions

Sorry if this is the wrong forum before I start!
So I'm 17 and doing level 3 extended diploma in health and social care (started in September)
For as long as I remember, I've wanted to be a children's nurse. I've been incredibly excited about it, reading up on the syllabus for it at prospective uni's etc.
The spark has gone I'm nowhere near as excited, and just feel really confused as to whether that means I don't want to do that job anymore.
I currently have a part time job at McDonalds which I absolutely love. It makes my day when I go to work, and am hoping to be promoted to crew trainer soon!
Because of this, I really don't know whether I want to progress in my career at McDonalds or continue to pursue paediatric nursing. I'm so confused and it's really stressing me out and upsetting me
I thought I had it all planned out, but obviously not...
Any help or advice would be very much appreciated
    Thanks for reading
