What does 'social dimensions' mean? Watch

    I was doing psychology revision on 'Deviation from social norms' and it says that one advantage of that definition is that the definition gives a 'social dimension'. I have no idea what that means so could someone explain it to me in a simple way and perhaps provide an example too? Thank you

    It's just a phrase, dimension can be read as "explanation" or more broadly like the definition allows people to start exploring programs of research which focus on social theories.
