My referee from college accidently predicted me A*AE instead of A*AA, in the process of trying to sort it since it has already been sent out to the uni's for 2017 entry. Those who were in a similar position, did it affect your offers in any way?

That will definetly affect your offers, you/school need to call up UCAS ASAP

My college career advisor amd referree said they will mail the universities about the error. Im just wondering if anyone who was in the same position (since ive seen similar posts from earlier years), did you get rejection due to it? Im trying not to overstress this but ffs how do you go from A to E. My reference does state i achieved AAB at AS and predicted A*AA, its just in the grid box above the refence it has the wrong grade. My referree showed me a printed version of what he sent so thats how i spotted the mistake and what im talking about.
