Please provide an example of a time when you really had to motivate yourself to work hard in a pressurised environment Please ensure that you cover: What the situation was, What made you respond to the situation, Why the work was particularly hard, What made the environment pressurised, Any consequences of not being successful, How the situation made you feel.

What are you struggling with? It's a very clear question because it tells you exactly how to construct the answer, step by step.

If you can't think of an example, that's more difficult because no-one online will know your life history in order to find an example from your life.

dont worry I've done it know. I said "On an occasion at college one of the actresses in a production fell ill and I was asked to take over their role, to which I eagerly agreed. I found it hard because I had to learn her lines in a couple of days and people were relying on me and unless I did learn her lines the whole play would have been in jeopardy."
