Want loose body fat and build muscle. Need advice! and MEAL PLAN!

    So, I want to loose weight, and I want to build a bit of muscle (Not full on bulk just an athletic build). I already have a gym membership. I just need advice on exercises i should do and a meal plan would be great (or tips to build one).
    Also,should I subscribe to any sites for support?
