GIVEAWAY! + My mentor was told I had behavioural issues at my investment internship.

...I did nothing knowingly wrong, I was completely "normal". What could I have done?

Let's face it, I'm worried sick.I'll speak to my mentor in 2 weeks but until then he's left me guessing what I may have done wrong. He was told by the CEO of the company that I had some behavioural issues but I'm not quite sure what that means since I literally sat in my office chair all day and did financial research and made some trades. What could I have done wrong? I was not made aware of any rules...How should I go about resolving this? I've asked my mentor for more details but he said that we'd discuss it in 2 weeks. Please, help.
I'll also give away a 3 MONTH KEY FOR BULLGUARD ANTI-VIRUS to a randomer.

(Mainly because I got it free with my new PC build and also because idk, so go for it )

Oh, and I know I haven't given much details - but I'm just wondering what general things could I have done which may have made them think that.
