Hmmm. Have you tried getting more sleep at night and eating a good breakfast to wake you up?

try to reset your body clock

maybe one day get up really early and totally knacker youserlf out so you get get up early the enxt day and feel good

if you get up early enoug by the time night comes again you will prob feel tired - etc and just go roudn in a circle

the problem i had as a student was the weekdays and weekends were so difference that it used to mess up my sleep patterns.

You could be anaemic? If so, try taking multi-vitamins and iron.

Try and go to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time every day. This helps your body clock get into a routine.
You cant 'catch up' on sleep either, if you only sleep for 4 hours one night, sleeping 12 hours the next night wont make a difference.
Try going to bed a few hours before.
Do some exercises on the morning to wake yourself up.

Health wise, if your iron levels are low that can make you tired.

I read somewhere today about something called Junk Sleep. Has anyone heard anything about it? I'm thinking maybe my tiredness is because I quite often fall asleep in front of the TV???
