Opportunity Cost Confusion

    • Thread Starter

So I need some help with something,

To start off with I do know what opportunity costs are and how they work and I do know about increasing opportunity costs, however...

I've come across a question that is asking about the opportunity cost of the amount of beer in terms of wine but both amounts increase/decrease differently. Could anyone help me with working out the opportunity cost here:

"What is the opportunity cost of beer (in terms of wine) for country B?"

i think its 200/150 if I remember my a levels correctly.

You should draw the PPC graph and then it should be clear.
