Anyone ever been? If so, how was it?

Thinking of going somewhere next late Spring/early summer but not too sure where at the moment. Ideally looking at Morocco so thought i'd ask.

    Hey there!

They're incredibly interesting cities and can be great places to visit depending on what you're looking for in a holiday.

What kind of things would you be interested in doing while you're travelling? Do you have any particular interests in terms of culture/history/nature/nightlife/shopping/beach..etc?

If you have any questions, let me know!

    Happy travels!

Mainly interested in a place which is relatively cheap, has a good amount of things to do in terms of excursions or sightseeing, good weather, decent food. Decent activities are very important.

    Clubs are okay
Sights are good (particularly that atlas treck thingy)
    Loads of activities to do
Locals will try scam you and the kids will steal your water bottles
    The food is nasty.

Marrakesh is definitely an experience - walking down the street in the central shopping area involves lots of people shouting at you waving goods in your face, sometimes people follow you around trying to sell you tat. You haggle of course but its hard to know what a fair price is as sometimes their initial price is 2x inflated sometimes its 100x.

Very nice surroundings, with the maze of streets and courtyard-based buildings. Very nice food.
