Hi, looking to get into a graduate scheme for an IT role, but most of the application process entails a "numerical test".

Can anyone list the sort of things i'll encounter on these tests? e.g. ratios, graphs etc

Also I may need to start revising again because my maths isn't fresh since secondary school... Where would be the best place to start for revision?

Most likely a numerical reasoning aptitude test. you can just google it and you should get some results to do practice ones.

Hi,The best way to prepare is to practice practice and practice! Some companies offer free sample tests and you can also purchase bundles which are not too expensive depending on the company. I have used Graduates First and have been totally satisfied. It helps a lot with stress level and general techniques on how to be quick and efficient.Good luck

Do some reeaserach and if its a big company, then you cna probably find out what type of numerical test it will be. They normally sned you a few samples as examples. There are plenty of books with mock tests in, but you need to make sure its the right sort of test.
