I got ABB last year, decided I wanted to do law last minute, and at a reputable university you need AAA, so I decided to take a gap year and re-do modules.I'm confident I can get AAA but I'm worried the universities won't be, does anybody have any idea what my chances would be?Also, the economics exam I'm taking has new modules for students applying this year, and I will be doing the old modules. Would they notice this and would this lower my chances of getting accepted? Thank you.

If you're resitting and expect to get AAA then you have a good chance of an offer.

Make sure to phone them before applying to check if they have any policy on making offers to people who take 3 years to take their A levels. Some universities and courses reject applications from resit applicants and others will ask for grades *above* their standard offer (most wont give a ****).
