Nice, I'm working part time too in retail.
When I started working as part-time waiter at the age of 17 I got paid 3.87 an hour, minimum wage for that age at that time. Even as 18 years old I still got less than you. So your doing well for yourself.
I'm 23 and earn £6.95 per hour so....yeah
