    ....Otherwise I meet nd exceed all requirements

    one thing i think may help is if you search "applying to medical school with your strengths" (presuming you're applying to med)

    it comes up with unis and how they work with ukcat

    Your VR score is too low to make a competitive application for medicine.

    Try Bristol, also BMAT unis might be an idea like BSMS, Lancaster or Leeds. Oxbridge or London unis if you have the grades.

    It depends on your GCSE's and how strong your PS is. You could have a shot at Cardiff if you got 8A*s at GCSE, you could apply to Bristol if your PS is strong or Keele if you have loads of volunteering. But defo take the bmat
