Hi I am Surya, I am pursuing the finance investment and risk degree at The London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF). Prior to this I have done Certificate in Financial Studies (CeFS), and Diploma in Financial Studies (DipFS). I believe that these courses serve as the foundation stone to step into the financial sector.

LIBF, was my first choice when it came to selecting the university, specifically because they specialise in Banking and Finance courses. I attended the open day where I asked the student opinions, I found out that the university is associated with many financial institutions which was visible in their professional etiquette.

Upon joining the LIBF, the experience got even better, there is a sense of unity within the institution. Due to the small size you tend to know the staff and the support you get is much more personalised when compared to a large size university. The lecturing experience has been great, the lecturers are well informed and from time to time there are healthy discussions on financial aspects.

If you are interested in studying finance, then I would definitely recommend to check out this university, try to attend an open day to experience it for yourselves.
