    Can anyone explain these questions for me?

    1) basically you want to put an eyepiece graticule inside the eyepiece and a stage micrometer on the stage. Then you want to calibrate how much the divisions on the eyepiece graticule is equal to using the scale on the stage micrometer . (Make sure you keep the objective lens at ×10 though). Then just measure the diameter of the droplet/cells by removing the stage micrometer and adding a slide with the droplet in it, using the divisions you have calculated on the eye piece gratitule.
