    1. Set Goals that Motivate You- When you set goals for yourself, it is important that they motivate you: this means making sure that they are important to you, and that there is value in achieving them.

    2. Make an Action Plan- By writing out the individual steps, and then crossing each one off as you complete it,

    SBut having a Plan B can interfere with ur Plan A as u would have a feeling of reliance on the plan B :P

    Set an end goal, which can be achieved by reaching numerous smaller goals on the way. So for example, if you started lifting and wanted to be able to squat 200kg, write that down and pin it to a notice board or something that you see every day. Then if you can squat, say, 100kg currently, set a goal to squat 115. Then move the goalposts to 130kg when you hit 115 and so on.
