Especially for Economics and Law?

a) over subscribed
b) one of the most competitve subjects to get in, for a UK uni

I would technically depend on the number of people who missed their offer and to what extent. But cmon, Law and Econ in LSE?... there would be hundreds of students who exceed their offer by a high margin.

goodluck anyways..

Firstly appeals are not likely to be successful I've heard, but with economics and law, the two most competitive subjects, you have a very low chance indeed.

I'm not sure what the success rate is, but I can assure you that they actually have an appeal process that works.
