Poor thing :frown: drink lots and lots of fluids - lucozade (do you have that in Australia?) really helped me through my finals when I got ill but is only good in the short-term because it's a quick glucose kick. Keep fresh air coming into your room but keep warm too :smile:

tons and tons of water and orange juice, loads of fruit too. Try getting some of the pro-biotice yoghurt drinks too, they help! Get as much sleep as you can aswell.

aww I'm sorry :frown: I was in bed for two weeks with the flu in April :frown:

Drink loads of fluids and take some pain killers.

Thanks! *goes to drink more water and get vitamin C, but mostly drink lots of water!*

Vitamin C tablets are really effective for easing the symptoms of a Cold, so i'm sure they'll be just as good for Flu.

Same advice as other people too: Lots of water. lots of rest, fresh air and fruit :smile:
