My trip to Argentina was strange.

The locals especially in the South of the country seemed to have a negative tone in their voice when I talked with any of the people,

And A shop keeper up-marked a price and said it's because I am English tourist.

I wonder if there is a reason for this or if it is just normal stuff.

Also a guy at the Airport stopped me at the airport for no reason and pulled over another worker and whispered something like "British scum"

Had seen a lot of signs like these the further south I went. Any idea of what they mean and are used for?

Yes, that would have been good.
