I have sciatica and I'm only 21 and it's been progressively getting worse. I was wondering if anyone else experienced sciatica and knew how to deal with the pain. I've had it for 4 weeks now and the pain has not gotten better and doctors are not helping much 😕

I'm sorry you have this I know what it's like to be in a lot of pain for a long time and the doctors not really helping. I'm gonna guess they're hoping it goes away in the next couple of weeks, but if it doesn't then definitely push them for further treatment. They might refer you for physio, and/or help you with stronger pain medication. I hope you feel better soon!

Definitely! I'd say give it until it's been 6 weeks, and then go back and say you'd like further treatment. Once it's been 6 weeks, they'll be more likely to investigate/treat further. That being said, if it gets any worse just go straight back
