I am applying for History of Art with a foundation year at UEA. I was wondering if anyone knows what the foundation year is like? How many hours a week is it? How hard is it? etc.

Any information on History of Art at UEA in general is also appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hello L.White,

You can find a lot more in-depth information about the different modules you will study on the BA History of Art (with a foundation year) on the course profile on our website. For each year there's a description of the modules, it's a good way to get to compare courses, and work out which is right for you wherever you decide to apply to.

Just to reiterate why we think you should study at UEA, it's a Top 15 university (according to the Guardian League Table 2017) and we've consistently been ranked Top 5 for student satisfaction since the National Student Survey began. Our department is in the national Top 10 for History of Art, Architecture and Design (The Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2016 and Complete University Guide 2017). It also ranks fifth for teaching satisfaction (98% of students were happy!) according to the 2017 Guardian League Table.

Unistats is a good place to head to if you'd like more information on the all important numbers
