Admissions Test Languages Watch

Does anyone know of any good resources to help prepare for the Modern and Medieval Languages admissions test or have any tips?

Also any good sites in general to find out more about languages and latest developments and debates in the field? I've been looking up stuff, but I don't know any particular sites.

I did find an interesting article recently about the debate surrounding the translation of a single word in L'Etranger. I'd love to know where there was more of this kind of stuff.

Where did you find this article and are there links to others? Does the uni website have info about what the tests cover and resources? How about looking at courses and working out what will be taught and reading around those topics?

Have you looked at UK Linguistics Olympiad papers? Those are quite fun and should help you out. Alternatively, read some journals eg. The Journal of Memory and Language.
Is GoT overrated?
