Does anyone know any colleges in East London that would allow the entry of applicants with grades C's or over at GCSE?

Literally all of them? Do you mean to ask which colleges are considered the best in that area?

For A levels you need a minimum 5A*-C including English and Maths (9-1 with new grading) with a lot of colleges looking for B's in subjects you want to take to A level and the best colleges looking for A*/A. It depends on the college and the course you want to do including BTEC's, A levels or level 3 courses. Why don't you google colleges around East London and go for the ones that look the most appealing to you?
