Not sure if anyone will be able to help but I'm just doing my report for my ICT coursework and I need to write about what all of the staff at my animal shelter will be needed for and why their wage is warranted. I have already done the vet, cleaners, and manager but I'm up to the receptionist and I have no idea what they would do. If anyone could help me I would be very grateful. Also, just in case I can't do the others, information about care assistants and administrators would be appreciated. I have no idea what the latter is! Thanks!
