John Swinney announces EU students will get free tuition after Brexit.

    But not for the English.

Once again the SNP prove they're a bunch of idealistic prats.

John Swinney has denied unfairly discriminating against the English after announcing that EU students who win a place at Scottish universities next year will have their tuition funded by the taxpayer even after Brexit.

Well if they're planning on continuing what they're already doing (providing free tuition for those in the EU outside of the UK), and we English are both outside of Europe and in the UK, then no, they're not suddenly discriminating.
