Some guy had punched the police, and nonetheless he got released. Like everyone does, I was in quarrel. After all these happened, I’d like to go back to Britain. I am told to issue visa; however, I’m not sure if it gets issued. What would you do?

Apply for the visa, if uncertain. Unless you punched a police officer, in which case I would recommend stopping to rethink the course of your life first.

Youve asked this before and didnt make any sense then, either.
Are you the guy in person?
    What happened?
    Were you charged?
    Were you convicted?

As said above apply anyway and then you will have your answer. Cant be more informative than that because you didnt provide enough information. Same as last time you posted this.

Anyone who know about law. Please read this, I copy and paste. All I can tell you is The reason why I can't get back in the UK is the word arrest in the UK before. The requirement, what I need to have, is visa. That's what it says when I read that document. Please tell me what I need to do to get back in the UK, besides a flight ticket and accomodation, where I stay. I am currently an English speaking university student.
