I currently study Biology Maths Chemistry in my last year of sixth form and I am predicted AAA, I also got an A at AS music last year. So far the uni courses I have been looking at are things like biochemistry or genetics, basically biology related courses. But I was thinking if I actually got AAA in my a levels if I should take a year out and try apply for either medicine or dentistry?
So I was wondering how I do this, if I apply for unis and confirm offers but decide to take the gap year because I get AAA, does that affect where I can apply after? I am also hesitating because I only got 3 A*'s at GCSE and a B in English Language so I'm not sure if I would even get offers for medicine or dentistry.
If I end up getting AAB then I think I will just carry on to do the course I applied for.

i think you answered your question! wait to see what you get, then you make the big decision. don't worry about your goes, there are plenty of universities that are ukcat/bmat heavy and will focus more on the a2 achieved grades.
