'outline and evaluate situational variables affecting obedience' (12 marks)

please give me some points that i should include in this question

and also, are 'the agentic state' and 'legitimacy of authority' situational variables?

They're not really situational variables, more internal. But you could mention them as an evaluative point that it's not just situational that leads to obedience

    Other points:
    define obedience
    Milgram (and his many replications)*
