Would you bother...?

If your partner showed no signs of effort in the relationship (not trying to see you, invite you to do things, etc.) but it was obvious they still loved you then would you bother?
I keep getting pathetic excuses for cancelling dates or why she can't make it in the first place. Yet when we do meet up she is extremely into me.

I would bother. She might actually have a lot of things on her plate. Maybe talk to her about how you're feeling about her assumed lack of effort?

I have way more on my plate and still find time to arrange dates. Then she cancels for silly reasons, such as being too tired or she has to walk the dog.

How do you know you have more on your plate then her? Are they the real reasons or is there something else?

Unfortunately, they are the real reasons! She prioritises everything else above me. And like the poster above said I have talked to her about it but she hasn't changed. I don't know what to do as when we do meet it's obvious she likes me. Very demoralising to be let down 90% of the time.
