I got the same email last night and got a call this morning with a formal offer and start date so fingers crossed...

I'm still waiting to hear back about the pre employment checks. I sent them back on the 24th of Jan. Do u think I should call them?

As people drop off (I.e. Decline acceptance offers, fail pre employment checks, etc) they fill in the spare vacancies from people on the reserve list. The reserve list will have some sort of ranking so the first reserve will be the first to be offered a vacancy and so on


Hi, how do they carry out pre-employment checks? Do they just contact the employers? Thank you!
