English & Creative Writing - Royal Holloway or Brunel? Watch

    • Thread Starter

These two are about tied in my heart and I've got no idea what to think. Both of them came across as absolutely fantastic on their Open Days -- can I get opinions from current/past E&CW students here?

    A few notes:
    - I'm most focused on the Creative Writing side of the degree.
    - I don't care about night life as I'm introverted, and I don't drink. I do like both of them being in a fair proximity to London, though!
    - I'm from the very sheltered countryside, so safety is important to me too.

If any past or current students have any opinions to make about their uni and help me with what judgement I should make, that'd be greatly appreciated! Be as honest as you can. I won't be offended if you tell me your uni's a bit crap.

It's late, but I'm at Brunel for Creative Writing, and there are some well-known people working here: Benjamin Zephaniah, Will Self, Max Kinnings.
