Physics or Biology

    • Thread Starter

So, I'm studying combined sciences Access to HE diploma. It offers 9 points in physics and maths, and 18 in biology and chemistry. I want to study physics at uni more than anything, but places that take an access to HE course for physics ask for 30 points for physics and maths combined... what should I do? Or should I just pursue biology? (which I kinda still enjoy)

You could apply to both courses based on your Access albeit with a slightly more vague statement but being realistic you have to ask if you'd be ready to steady physics straight away, but you could look at a foundation course first?

You get 5 choices initially so look at the university you like and ask the admissions teams about your qualifications to see if they have an opinion
