Absorbance and Concentration

    • Thread Starter

Can somebody explain me how I can use absorbance to find the concentration of protein in each sample tested. The information I have is the wavelength use, the absorbance for each sample. And the amount of contents in the sample which are protein standard, water, diluted plasma, control sample, biuret reagent.
I just need at explanation to how and why it is done like that and then i'll be able to to my calculations on my own

    Thanks in advance!

Have you looked up the Beer-Lambert law? That should help.
